Our Approach

Global PACT will help you learn the process of organizing, but you do not need our help to understand the issues that confront you or the world in which you live. After all, it is your world. It is your job to think for yourself, to exercise your own judgment and to come to your own conclusions.

This is very important, because the same goes for your teammates and the people of every community in which Global PACT works. You will be working in a real community, talking to real people, grappling with real lives, and effecting real consequences.

If you listen to the people from the community you work in, they will communicate their invaluable knowledge,

needs, and desires. Those insights will
enhance your learning and guide you to a worthwhile project.

If you take on this challenge seriously, realistically, and respectfully, you will get the most out of Global PACT and make a positive impact on both yourself and the local community. It will be an amazing experience you won't soon forget.
