Supervision
Global PACT programs are led by a Professor, also called a Program Director, vetted by and trained by Global PACT. Program Directors have previous Global PACT experience and are supported by a Global PACT Senior Trainer(s), each of whom has a minimum of one year’s previous experience, a Global PACT Site Coordinator who handles logistical and fiscal details, and group facilitators. The Program Director and training team meet with participants daily. Global PACT can offer 24-hour direct supervision of participants and basic residence life services. The Program Director, Site Coordinator, Trainer(s) and Facilitators do, of course, manage operations and emergencies.
