Human Resources Personnel

Purpose:

To coordinate human resource programs for paid and unpaid staff members.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the human capital of Global PACT.  Generally this means you will coordinate the selection, training, evaluation, promotion, record keeping, compensation, benefits, and advising of Global PACT staff members. 

 

Projects:

  •  Staff Recruitment
  •  Quarterly Performance Evaluation
  •  Record Keeping of sensitive staff contacts and other personnel documents
  •  Conduct orientations to the Global PACT organization and tools used

 

 Personal Characteristics:

  • Ability to work in a team, dedication to ensuring completion of projects and commitment of time.  This will be rewarded with a high degree of professional responsibility.
  •  A willingness to thoroughly learn the position.
  •  Knowledge of web-based programs, Excel, and the  MS Office Suite.

 

 Terms and Conditions 

 Probation: There will be a probationary period of one month.

 Salary range: Unpaid internship. 

 Hours: 20 hours a week.  However, the demands of the job are likely to be such that a willingness to work flexible hours, as required, will be necessary.

 The position is based at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ
