Withdrawal Policy
In order to receive a refund in the Cost of Program due to a student’s withdrawal from your Global PACT program, a written withdrawal letter will need to be sent to Global PACT. The date on which the notice is received will be the Date of Withdrawal. The notice must be written by the student, and must be in the form of a letter; a telephone conversation cannot be used to initiate a withdrawal. The withdrawal policy is based on the start date of your program. Global PACT will not credit individual student accounts or accept payment for one student in lieu of another. Only extreme circumstances will merit crediting future programs and even in that case are subject to non-recoverable costs of the program.
